6. User accounts and security
If you are asked to provide a username and password as part of any registration process (for example, when nominating us as your pharmacy or using our online services), you are responsible for:
- Keeping your username and password confidential
- Ensuring they are not used by any other person
- All activity carried out under your account
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to disable any user account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
7. Prescription services
If you use our prescription collection, dispensing, or delivery service:
- You acknowledge that the pharmacist must be in possession of your prescription (electronic or paper) before any medication can be dispensed.
- If your GP has not released your prescription to us, we cannot dispense it. You will need to contact your GP to resolve this.
- We dispense from authorised prescriptions only and in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and other applicable law.
- Free delivery is offered within Curo Pharmacy's standard delivery area; we will let you know if your address falls outside this.
- You consent to us sharing relevant information with your GP surgery and the NHS for the purposes of prescription processing.
8. Private services and payments
For private services (such as private vaccinations, Cryopen therapy, ear microsuction, weight management, or travel clinics):
- Prices will be communicated to you before any service is provided.
- Payment is taken via a secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store full card details.
- Some services may require an eligibility consultation; we reserve the right to decline a service where it is clinically inappropriate.
- Refund policies for individual services will be made clear at point of booking. Standard consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply.
