Not suitable for
- Suspicious moles or changing pigmentation — see GP first
- Suspected skin cancer — refer to GP urgently
- Severe acne (use our dedicated acne service)
- Children under 12 — refer to GP
- Patients with red-flag symptoms or complex medical needs — we will refer to GP

The first consultation is 20 minutes so we can properly document your skin and history. Follow-ups are typically shorter.

Assessment
Where appropriate, we'll carry out tests, examinations, or other clinical assessments.
Plan & aftercare
