Common skin concerns we can help with

Many everyday skin concerns — rosacea, eczema, seborrhoeic dermatitis, perioral dermatitis — respond well to the right combination of skincare routine and (where appropriate) prescription treatment. Our pharmacist-led skincare clinic offers tailored advice without the wait of GP or dermatology referral.

Wherever skin issues suggest something more serious (suspicious moles, atypical pigmentation, signs of skin cancer), we'll always refer you to your GP or dermatology — your safety comes first.

Who is this service for?

Our skincare clinic is suitable for most adults and teens with common skin concerns. Suspicious lesions go to your GP.

Common questions

What conditions do you treat?
Common conditions include rosacea, eczema, contact dermatitis, seborrhoeic dermatitis, mild psoriasis, and various other inflammatory skin issues. We don't treat suspicious lesions — those go to your GP.
Can you prescribe steroid creams?
Yes — where clinically appropriate. We'll always discuss potency, duration, and how to use topical steroids safely to avoid side-effects.
What about pre-prescription consultation only?
Absolutely — many patients come to us simply to discuss their skincare routine and what to look for in products. There's no obligation to receive prescription treatment.
Do you sell aesthetic treatments like fillers or peels?
No — we're a clinical pharmacy skincare service, not an aesthetic clinic. We focus on medical skin conditions and pharmacist-led treatment.
Can I get repeat prescriptions through you?
For new conditions, yes — for ongoing repeat prescriptions of long-term medication, your GP is usually better-placed to manage that long-term.
