Our commitment
At Curo Pharmacy we recognise our role in keeping people safe. We are committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults — and to listening with care when someone reaches out.
Whether you need to talk to someone privately, share sensitive information, or simply feel scared or vulnerable and want someone to talk to — just pick up the phone and ask to speak to one of our pharmacists. All information is kept confidential and our pharmacists will advise you on the best action to take.

Who safeguarding protects
Safeguarding means protecting people from abuse, neglect, or harm. This includes:
- Children and young people under 18
- Vulnerable adults — anyone who, because of physical or learning disability, mental health needs, age, illness, or any other reason, may be unable to protect themselves
- Anyone experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse, sexual exploitation, neglect, or modern slavery
If you're worried about someone — or about yourself — please don't hesitate to ask for help.
